Richard L. Maguire
Rich Maguire passed away unexpectedly on December 25, 2013. Rich practiced in the area of Environmental Law for over twenty five years and was a cornerstone in the environmental law community. In addition to being a trusted colleague, Rich was a close friend who will be dearly missed.
